Construction Management
Construction Management accounts for 90% of AIMS’s project delivery. Focusing on complete coordination, we deliver strict budget control, increased efficiencies, and overall, greater project outcomes. We begin as an advisor during planning — offering cost management, constructability, phasing and logistics expertise to start the project off correctly — and manage the process through close-out.
General Contracting
AIMS started on the bid side of the traditional design/bid/build delivery method as a general contractor. From bidding on the painting packages, we have grown to manage complete construction packages for some of the most complex spaces in construction. Our expertise ranges from planning out and procurement to scheduling and close-out. And we have built a reputation as fair, honest, and reliable builder.
Design-Build
For clients seeking sole-source accountability for planning, design and construction, AIMS unites the most capable team of planners and designers. With the relevant experience on the team, we will promote a collaborative process that delivers more than decreased costs and accelerated construction schedules.
