Construction Management accounts for 90% of AIMS’s project delivery. Focusing on complete coordination, we deliver strict budget control, increased efficiencies, and overall, greater project outcomes. We begin as an advisor during planning – offering cost management, constructability, phasing and logistics expertise to start the project off correctly – and manage the process through close-out.

AIMS started on the bid side of the traditional design / bid / build delivery method as a general contractor. From bidding on the painting packages, we have grown to manage complete construction packages for some of the most complex spaces in construction. Our expertise ranges from planning and procurement to scheduling and close-out. And we have built a reputation as a fair, honest, and reliable builder.
