This was a very difficult project: working within and around an occupied unit ... AIMS did a good job with coordination with the nursing staff and the building manager. No issues with safety, cleanliness, quality of work, or infection control measures. AIMS did a very good job communicating with the nurse manager and medical staff.

The past 6 months have been full of various projects from the refresh work, the dialysis unit, and the ground floor classroom to the Cohen Education project. Some of these projects were well known and we had time to plan and others were a bit more of a surprise. But no matter the time frame requested, the last minute nature of the project, or the difficult requests submitted, the AIMS team never missed a beat.

Your demonstrated ability to perform as a true 'service' organization on a 24-hour basis has enhanced our ability to operate as a quality healthcare facility. It is common for businesses to support a service network in their communities, but seldom do they achieve the level of success that we experienced from your organization.

I have been doing this for over 35 years and have never received such dependable service from a contractor. You told us what you could do and then did what you told us. The most amazing part was that it was on time or ahead of time.
